Shop Policy

*Delivery

- All deliveries will be done by Singpost.

- Do note that we will NOT be responsible for lost & damaged items through normal mails thus you are highly recommended to opt for REGISTERED mail. Registered mail are available at an additional one time charge of $2.24 per order.

- Items will be mailed out within 1-3 days and delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days.

*Returns & Exchange

- Will only be accepted in case of wrong items delivered or manufacturer defects. Note that customers will be required to provide photos as evidence.
- Manufacturer defects includes: Stains of >3cm diameter, holes of >1cm diameter.
- Do not that measurements and color differences are NOT considered defects.

- Exchange shipping fees to be borne by customers except in cases of wrong items delivered or manufacturer defects.
